첫 번째 주제발표자로 나선 한국생산성본부 정연모 팀장과 이유진 팀장은 '맞춤형화장품 소비자 동향 및 조제관리사 자격제도'를 주제로 맞춤형화장품에 대한 소비자 인식과 이용행태에 대해 발표하고 조제관리사에 대한 인식과 니즈, 자격 제도 및 향후 개선 방향 등을 설명했다.
제주특별자치도는 올해 글로벌 강소기업 육성사업의 지원을 받은 참여기업이 수출시장 진출의 길을 여는 등 가시적 성과를 보이고 있다고 26일 밝혔다.

대한맞춤형화장품조제관리사협회 이강연 학술이사는 조제관리사협회 조직, 협회 시설, 협회원 현황, 협회 홈페이지 컨텐츠 등 협회에 대한 전반적인 사항을 안내하고 협회가 조제관리사들을 위해 진행 중이거나 진행 예정인 사업들을 설명한다. 또 조제관리사들도부터 협회에 바라는 사항이나 건의사항도 현장에서 청취해 협회의 사업방향에 반영할 예정이다.
선정위원회는 내년 1월 1일부터 시행되는 고향사랑기부제가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 지역특산품 및 도내에서 생산·제조된 물품, 도내에서 통용되는 지역화폐 등 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 품목 가운데 우선 15개를 답례품으로 선정했다. 답례품 선정은 제도의 조기 정착을 위해 안정적 수급이 가능하면서 제주의 특색을 담고 기부 유인 효과를 높일 수 있는 상품을 고려했다.

제주 체리 블라썸 딥케어 패치는 피부탄력과 주름개선을 위한 아이크림과 패치로 구성된다. 바실러스를 이용한 제주왕벚나무꽃의 생물전환을 통해 주름개선 효능을 향상한 원료를 함유하고 있으며 해당 기술은 특허출원 됐다. 아이크림과 패치를 병용시 아이크림 단독 사용보다 주름개선 효능이 1.7배 시너지 효과를 볼 수 있으며 확인 임상 테스트를 완료했다.

디오션은 제주광어 필렛 숙성 방법 연구를 통해 숙성광어 제품을 개발하고 베트남 현지시장을 조사하고 있다. 화장품 제조업체인 유씨엘은 '서울디자인 2022' 참가 지원 등을 통해 해외 신규 거래처를 5군데 발굴했으며, 약 28억 원의 수출 성과를 거둔 것으로 나타났다.
그는 "미래 먹거리 사업이 잘 진행됐을때, 제주에 살아가는 청년들, 우리 아이들에게 희망 제시할 수 있다고 생각한다"며 "기업하기 좋은 제주를 만들어야 한다. 좋은 기업이 많이 있을때 일자리 창출되고 지속가능성 보장될 수 있다"고 강조했다.

지난달 30일 생산자단체, 유통·마케팅전문가 등으로 답례품선정위원회를 구성하고, 1차 회의를 열어 상품경쟁력과 지역 대표성, 유통 안전성 등을 고려해 답례품 선정을 진행했다.
